What we collect - Account details: name, email address, date of birth, residential address and sign-in records. - Identity documents you upload for verification. - Financial information you provide: income, housing cost, debt payments and, for business applications, business name, structure, EIN, industry, years in business and revenue. - Application, offer, loan and payment records, and messages you send to Support. - Technical data needed to keep the service secure, such as IP address and device information. How we use it To open and secure your account, verify your identity, calculate your internal score, review applications, prepare and service loans, prevent fraud, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate with you about your account. How we share it We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who host and operate the service for us under confidentiality obligations, with regulators or law enforcement when required by law, and with others when you direct us to. How we protect it Identity documents are stored privately and opened only by authorized staff, with every access recorded. Staff tools require multi-factor authentication. Identity documents are deleted after the retention period unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Your choices You can review and update your profile and financial information in your account at any time. To request a copy or deletion of your information, or to correct it, open Support in your account. Some records must be kept to meet legal obligations. Changes We will publish any update with a new version and effective date.
