Who we are Lendora Capital is a trade name of Funderzgroup LLC, a Florida limited liability company (NMLS ID 2653571), 20200 West Dixie Hwy, Suite 1205, Aventura, FL 33180 ("Lendora," "we," "us"). You can verify our registration at NMLS Consumer Access (nmlsconsumeraccess.org). These Terms govern your use of the Lendora website and your Lendora account. 2. Your account You must be at least 18, a resident of the United States, and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your password and verification codes private. One person, one account. We may verify your identity before you can submit an application, and we may restrict an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms. 3. Products and applications Lendora offers business financing to startups and small businesses, and lists other credit products that may be offered where we hold the required licences. A product page or calculator result is not an offer. An application is a request for credit that we review; we may ask for more information, decline it, or make an offer. Every offer states the amount, annual percentage rate (APR), finance charge, fees, payment amount, number of payments and full schedule before you accept. A loan is created only when you accept an offer and sign its agreement, and it is funded only when the transfer is completed. 4. Your internal score Your account shows an internal score calculated from the information you provide. We use it, together with your application and supporting documents, to set the amount ranges shown in your account and to review applications. 5. Payments You agree to make payments as set out in your loan agreement. You may prepay all or part of a loan at any time without penalty; request a payoff quote in your account. Payments are applied as described in your agreement. 6. Communications You agree that we may send account notices, offers you request and loan documents electronically, to your account and to the email address on file. Keep your email address current. 7. Acceptable use Do not misuse the service, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, submit false information, or interfere with the security of the website. 8. Disputes and corrections If you believe information we hold is wrong, open Support in your account and choose Correction or Dispute. Complaints are logged with your file and answered by our team. 9. Changes We may update these Terms. When we do, we publish a new version with a new effective date and ask you to accept it before you submit a new application. 10. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law. Loan agreements may contain additional terms that control for that loan.
